So it’s no secret that we at Bittersweet are excited for Slam Dunk. And just when we thought that weekend couldn’t get any better… A Day To Remember have announced two mammoth shows using the Slammy D stages in partnership with the festival! The Florida legends will be hitting Hatfield on May 23 (the day before SD South) and Leeds Temple Newsham on May 24 (the day following SD North).

With scores of anthems under their belt that deliciously blends pop-punk and metalcore, Jeremy Mckinnon and co. are ready to tear up the turf with moshpits galore, singalong hooks and choruses that have practically exceeded iconic status, and riffs that’ll have the whole of both Leeds and Hertfordshire singing along. From growls to euphoric refrains, ADTR will be capturing us all entirely, and we can’t wait.

They’ll be bringing along Grandson to wow the crowds with his expertly crafted mixture of hip hop and alt rock vibes (expect pounding-yet-held-back bass, crisply punctuating beats, moody 21p-esque melody lines) – it’s 100% going to be a show to absolutely not be missed.

Make sure you’re on the ball when tickets go on sale this Friday, available here.
