December is upon us! How it’s already December is a mystery… but look, we nearly made it through another year like no other. Yay! In the spirit of looking forwards, and making 2022 the best year yet, we’ve got news of a new tour we can’t wait for coming in 2022. Come back daily for a new treat.

DAY TWENTY-FOUR: DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL

And behind thee final door of our Advent Calendar is the most monumental megalodon of the rock music calendar: the mighty mighty Download Festival. It’s no secret how much of a good time we had at Download Pilot‘s immense resurrection, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that we’re excited for round 2022. Download’s notoriously massive big names barely need mentioning – they’re more than household names. But just for good measure, our headliners are Kiss, Iron Maiden, and Biffy Clyro. But out of the rest of the selection, there’s a huge variety of sizes and stars that we’re excited for: ADTR, Deftones, Wargasm, Shinedown, Bury Tomorrow, Cassyette… And the Avalanche Stage is particularly stacked, boasting BSP faves Boston Manor, Holding Absence, grandson, Loathe, Static Dress, Creeper, Salem, need we go on? Probably not. Merry Christmas!
