Take 1 tree. Add another 1,999. What have you got? A perfect summer weekend, that’s what.
Festival season is just around the corner, and before you lament at how sad your bank statement is going to make you once you’ve bought all your tickets, consider this: 2000trees. With a line-up like 2018’s, it might just be one of the best value festivals for rock fans, and here’s why…
The electrifying Enter Shikari headline the festival along with rock royalty At The Drive-In (definitely one to see as 2000trees is their last UK gig of the year!!). And if the big names aren’t enough to convince you, 2000trees, as always, has one of the fieriest selections of up and coming bands out there – horror punks Creeper bring their spectacular live show to Cheltenham, while the less theatrical but just as powerful Arcane Roots provide yet more incentive to pick up your ticket. Proving their genre-spanning prowess, 2000trees also boasts sets from Ho99o9’s punk-infused hip-hop and Brighton indies Black Honey with their silvery vocals and dynamic guitars.
There are just too many pulling factors to fit into a single preview, and while we’d love to go on about Dead!, Queen Kwong, Nervus and more, we’ll just let you find out for yourself at the festival. The only challenge now is waiting till July…
